Privacy and Security:
Petersons agrees that all personal data provided by you as
part of your use of this Product will be kept entirely confidential and will
not be shared with third parties. Petersons will not contact you directly
except to respond to your requests for help or as set forth in the Petersons
Product Licensing Agreement with the party designating you as an Authorized
User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Petersons may use and
disclose information and data relating to your course usage, test performance,
and survey responses, provided such data is disclosed only in an aggregate
form, without including any individually identifiable information.
